Please read the information contained in these sections in order to understand the terms and conditions of use for the Web Portal of the Exhibitions, Fairs and Conventions Center of Córdoba of the City Council of Córdoba (hereinafter the Portal). The purpose of this Portal is to make information related to the Exhibitions, Fairs and Conventions Center of Córdoba of the City Council of Córdoba available to users completely free of charge. The user of this Portal must accept these terms and conditions of use, which are binding, it being understood that the mere use of these pages implies the aforementioned acceptance in full and without any reservations. These terms and conditions of use will remain in effect indefinitely, with the City Council of Córdoba reserving the right to modify them without prior notice.

Especially, the user may not access the Portal in a way that damages, deteriorates, disables or overloads the services and/or information offered, may not interfere with the use of said services and/or information by third parties, and may not attempt to access or access sites, services, computer systems of the Portal or networks connected to the Portal without authorization when required for access, nor through acts of intrusion (hacking) or by any other unauthorized means.
Responsability
The City Council of Córdoba is under no circumstances liable for any damage that could be caused to a third party by the users of the Portal as a consequence of the illegal or inappropriate use thereof, nor as a consequence of the contents and information accessible or provided through it, nor of the sites linked to it. The users or third parties causing the damages will be held responsible. Any eventual references made on the Portal to any product, service, process, link, hypertext or any other information, using the trademark, trade name, or the name of the manufacturer or supplier, which are owned by third parties, do not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by the City Council of Córdoba. The City Council of Córdoba does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the Portal and its services, likewise reserving the right to temporarily suspend access to the portal, without prior notice, at its discretion and temporarily. The City Council of Córdoba will not be liable for any damages that may be caused as a consequence of the lack of availability and/or continuity. The City Council of Córdoba does not guarantee the absence of viruses in the services and contents of the Portal, whether provided directly or by third parties, including connections through "links", and therefore will not be liable for any damages that may be caused as a consequence of the existence of said viruses. The City Council of Córdoba makes every effort to avoid errors in the information contained on its pages; however, it cannot guarantee their non-existence or that the content of the information is permanently updated.
Intellectual property
The City Council of Córdoba promotes the free use and reuse of the texts available on this Portal over which it holds intellectual property rights. These texts are available under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 standard license. In general, the City Council of Córdoba authorizes you to:
- Copy, redistribute and publicly communicate the texts of the Portal.
- Make commercial use of the content.
- Generate derivative works.
To do so, you must comply with the following obligations:
- Explicitly recognize the source of information, incorporating the following formula in a visible place: “Information obtained from the Web Portal of the Exhibitions, Fairs and Conventions Center of Córdoba of the City Council of Córdoba”.
- Include the same attribution obligation in the license terms of any derivative product that makes use of this information.
